The Sunday Fafesobi Foundation (SFF), a non-governmental organization dedicated to philanthropy, brought joy to the people of Igo-Aduwo, Ilutitun, in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State, as it rolled out festive food palliatives in its maiden humanitarian initiative.

According to a statement made available to the press by the foundation’s media director, Mike Kuwoye, the event, held at the foundation’s Secretariat in Ilutitun, attracted hundreds of beneficiaries who left with smiles, prayers, and gratitude for the foundation’s impactful gesture.

Before the distribution began, the entire SFF team visited His Royal Majesty, Oba E.A. Idepefo, the Majuwa of Ilutitun Morubodo Kingdom, at the palace. The team, comprising Dr. Edamisan Ikuemenisan, Mrs. Folasade Ipinsokan, Mrs. Olusina Omopariola, Mr. Dotun Michael Oluwarotimi, Venerable Oladejo Luji, and Mike Kuwoye, formally presented the foundation’s vision and mission to the monarch.

Speaking on behalf of the team, Venerable Oladejo Luji explained, “Our mission is to make a positive impact on individuals and communities through scholarships, support for widows, widowers, and orphans, as well as the execution of developmental programs locally, nationally, and globally. We envision fostering a culture of giving and compassion, ensuring that everyone has access to opportunities for growth and development.”

He further emphasized the foundation’s motto, “Uplifting Lives, Embracing Humanity,” noting that the foundation would continue its philanthropic efforts within Ilutitun and across Nigeria. Although this was the first public event, he revealed that the foundation has been actively working behind the scenes for over a decade.

In response, Oba Idepefo expressed his appreciation to the foundation’s chairman, Sunday Fafesobi, for the initiative. He prayed for God’s continued blessings, guidance, and protection for Fafesobi and his team, commending their dedication to uplifting lives within the Ikale community and beyond.

The palliative distribution event was a resounding success, with hundreds of residents benefiting from the gesture. Beneficiaries left with renewed hope, praising SFF for its kindness and commitment to humanity.
